mILITARY DRILL COMMUNITY
Marching together, strengthening community. Join our elite digital command center for technical mastery and competition excellence.
PUT YOUR PROGRAM ON THE MAP
PUT YOUR CADETS IN THE SPOTLIGHT
JROTC already builds leaders.
What’s missing is the stage.
This is how we give military drill the coverage, the language, and the competitive heat it deserves—so cadre can recruit, cadets can be seen, and colleges and the services start competing for your talent.
What We Do
We put JROTC programs and cadets in front of a real audience with social, video, and event coverage that treats drill like the elite sport and discipline it is. Every meet, every sequence, and every standout performance get the kind of media that parents share, principals notice, and recruiters actually watch.
-
We Cover the Events: Not just scores—the story. Units, commanders, inspections, exhibition and regulation. The work that happens in practice finally leaves the drill field.
-
We Grow the Sport: More eyes on marching means more cadets walking into your classroom, more schools taking military marching seriously, and more respect for the hours you already put in.
-
We Speak the Same Language: Shared terms, concepts, and standards so judging is clearer, coaching is sharper, and cadets can transfer what they learn from one meet to the next.
-
We Raise the Level: Better coverage and common standards make competitions tighter, fairer, and more worth winning.
-
We Turn Excellence into Opportunity: When the best cadets are visible, colleges and military branches must compete for them. That’s the recruiting environment your program has earned.
WHY IT MATTERS
FOR INSTRUCTORS
You already run the program. This multiplies it: recognition for your unit, a pipeline of motivated cadets, and a national conversation that treats JROTC drill as elite, not extracurricular.
FOR CADETS
Your work gets seen. Your name travels. Your performance becomes a highlight reel, a digital résumé,
and the exact reason an SROTC program or service recruiter pays you a visit.
Volunteers Needed
Are you a former JROTC, SROTC, or Academy Cadet and still have a passion for military drill!
Are you an active duty servicemen, reservist/guardsmen, veteran, or retiree with a passion for military drill!
We are looking for skilled current and former drillers that would like to share their knowledge and talents as
-
Virtual Judges and
-

Virtual Mentors/Trainers will produce training videos and provide technical support.
